Returns & Refunds. Because our products are perishable food, they cannot be returned; however, if you are unhappy with your order, please send us a note on the “Contact Us” page. We appreciate any and all feedback. If your order arrived damaged or the container is cracked or open, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email to simone@dynamicjack.co and include pictures of the damage so we can assess whether a refund is appropriate. If the items were damaged through no fault of your own, we will offer a refund of the purchase price.
